This policy explains what Hanul collects, how it is used, and how customers can request deletion.

Information We Collect

  • Birth details submitted for a report, such as date, birth-time availability, and selected birth city.
  • Locally calculated face or palm-line cues plus brightness, framing, clarity, and line-contrast signals when the customer chooses to add the optional photo section.
  • Report results, payment status, and basic service records needed to provide access.
  • Technical information such as request timing and service health logs.

Photos

Original face and hand photos are not stored by default. The photo feature is optional before starting the report; Hanul reads image pixels in the browser and sends only structured face or palm-line cues plus brightness, framing, clarity, and line-contrast signals to the server and report-writing flow.

How We Use Information

  • Create the free preview and full report.
  • Provide the free share card and paid PDF access.
  • Process payments and prevent duplicate payment events.
  • Respond to deletion or support requests.
  • Keep the service secure and reliable.

Payments

Payments are processed by an official payment partner. Hanul does not store full card numbers. The payment partner may process payment and billing information under its own policies.

Deletion

Customers can use the in-app delete flow to request deletion of a report and related records where deletion is legally and technically available.

Provider

Hanul is a digital self-reflection content service operated by SpeedLink Inc. Payments are processed through the official payment partner Dodo Payments. Payment receipts and refund records are kept on the partner's system.

Operating entity details will be registered before live payments open.
Payment currency
Dodo Payments checkout is priced in USD. Your bank or checkout screen may show a converted local-currency amount.
Age requirement
Available to customers aged 14 and over. Minors must have guardian consent.
