Privacy Policy

• Birth details submitted for a reading, such as date, time, place, and timezone.
• Photo readiness information used to guide the reading flow.
• Report results, payment status, and basic service records needed to provide access.
• Technical information such as request timing and service health logs.

Original face and hand photos are not stored by default. Hanul uses the submitted photo state to support the reading experience and avoids sending original images to the report writer.

• Create the free preview and full report.
• Provide PDF and share card access after payment.
• Process payments and prevent duplicate payment events.
• Respond to deletion or support requests.
• Keep the service secure and reliable.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Hanul does not store full card numbers. Paddle may process payment and billing information under its own policies.

Customers can use the in-app delete flow to request deletion of a reading and related records where deletion is legally and technically available.
