The Hanul full report is a digital product that opens immediately after successful payment. Because the content is generated and delivered online, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances below.

Refunds We Can Review

  • A successful payment where the full report does not open due to a service error.
  • Accidental purchases reported before substantial use of the full report.
  • Other cases required by applicable consumer protection rules.

Usually Not Refundable

  • Disagreement with the style or interpretation of a delivered reading.
  • Requests after the full report, PDF, or share card has been accessed and used.
